Jemma joined WM ADASS in April 2022. She has been a social worker for 17 years, and is also an Approved Mental Health Professional and Best Interests Assessor. She has worked for local authorities in South Wales and is currently employed by Worcestershire County Council as a practitioner in a locality team. Jemma has also worked for the social work degree programme at The Heart of Worcestershire College as the lead for the participation of people with lived experience.
