About the network
This virtual network meets bi-monthly to support our Improvement Programme by sharing information and best practice across the region. It also aims to:
- support a sustainable care market and workforce in the West Midlands
- enable people to live the lives they wish to lead
- promote social justice and narrow the gap in health and care outcomes for people facing inequality
The Network is sponsored by Mark Fitton, Director of Adult Services, Worcestershire County Council, co-chaired by Fran Kelsey, Head of Business Systems and Improvement at Worcestershire County Council and Laura Tyler, assistant director for joint commissioning in Shropshire Council, and supported by Paul Johnston, WM ADASS Associate.
