Associates Programme
The WM-ADASS Associates Pool is available for use by Local Authorities and public-sector partners in England and Wales; providing fast access to quality assured subject matter experts in several fields including:

- Children’s Services
- Commissioning and Commercial Development
- Leadership and Culture Change
- Transformation, Business and Process Improvement
- Performance and Knowledge Management
- Digitalisation and Social Media
- Delivering and achieving Social Value
WM-ADASS has commissioned this resource through Shropshire Council's procurement system using a dynamic purchasing system approach to provide an offer that is truly ‘of the sector and for the sector’. The Associate Pool is fully OJEU compliant and includes protocols, administered by Shropshire’s team, to ensure the tests for assessing IR35 compliance.
