Performance and knowledge

WM ADASS has a long-established Performance and Knowledge Network. The network includes adult social care performance leads from each of our 14 councils along with representation from key data partners.

The Network aims to:

  • support the successful implementation of national policy on health and care
  • enable better outcomes for people who use social care services by better information collation and insight sharing
  • collaborate in the development of national performance measures and data collection systems
  • make WM ADASS's regional improvement programme effective via peer support and challenge.

The Network meets virtually bi-monthly to support the West Midlands Improvement Programme providing information, improvement and best practice sharing for activists across the region.

The Network is sponsored  and chaired by Pete Sidgewick, Head of Adult Social care at Warwickshire County Council and Lizzie Edwards Assistant Director, Adult Care and Support, Solihull Council, and managed by Raj Chahun, Performance and Knowledge Lead, WM ADASS.
