Director of Adult Social Care, Sandwell Council
Rashpal is the Statutory DASS in Sandwell, she has worked for the public sector for some 28 years. Rashpal has worked in the Probation Service, prison sector, adult safeguarding and been the Decision Maker at the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) addressing serious and sensitive cases around police conduct.
For the past 2 years as the DASS in Sandwell, Rashpal has had responsibility for operational adult social care delivery, direct provision, commissioning and contract management across adults services. Rashpal is also the lead for integration in Sandwell
Rashpal is a qualified social worker, specialising in probation services and has 18 years’ experience managing operational and strategic delivery.
