WM-ADASS Associate & Branch Secretary
Alan took early retirement as Director of Adult Care and Housing Options at Birmingham City Council in December 2016.
He now has his own limited company and has carried out a range of assignments in local government and the NHS covering improvement, safeguarding, care market stability and risk management. He is also an Associate with WM-ADASS.
Alan was appointed as West Midlands ADASS Branch Secretary late 2019.
